New roof installation designed for your London building

Pitched and flat systems. Residential and commercial projects. Up to ten workers for larger roofs.

A roof planned beyond the surface finish

Specify before fitting

We settle structure, drainage and material choices before installation begins.

Join details correctly

We form edges and flashings to keep vulnerable junctions weather-resistant.

Match the building

The pitch, covering and finish are selected to suit the property and its use.

Build the whole roof as one working system

A new roof installation must carry water away, resist the weather and suit the structure beneath it. We plan complete roof assemblies for new construction and properties that need a newly built system. The specification can include pitched or flat construction, with slate, tile or a suitable membrane selected around the building style, exposure and budget. We also account for loading, drainage and intended use. By settling these points before fitting begins, we avoid treating coverings, flashing and outlets as separate pieces that merely happen to meet.

Careful detailing from covering to drainage

We begin with the roof requirements and help you choose a practical material and finish. During installation, we fit the agreed covering and complete ridges, edges, flashing, penetrations and rainwater discharge points with close attention to their junctions. Durable, weather-resistant materials only perform properly when those details are formed correctly. We inspect the completed system once fitted, checking the visible finish and routes for water. Larger projects can draw on a workforce increased from six to ten people when the scale requires it.

Frequently asked questions

Do you install roofs on new-build properties?

Yes. We install complete roof systems for new construction, subject to the project requirements and agreed specification. We consider structure, pitch, covering, drainage, weather exposure and finishing details before setting out the installation.

Can a new roof be flat or pitched?

Yes. The appropriate form depends on the building design, available falls, drainage and intended appearance. We work with slate and tiled pitched roofs as well as suitable membrane and fibreglass systems for flat areas.

What happens before installation starts?

We assess the plans or property, discuss suitable materials and define the roof specification. The quotation records the agreed scope. We then arrange installation, complete the key weatherproof details and inspect the finished roof system.
